Plug Valve is the high pressure wellhead valves as the important high pressure part for well service .The plug valve is refered to low torque valve, seat seal type of which is line seal. Similar to ball valve, there is reduced bore of plug valve. The plug valve is used to allow and stop flow by plug rotation and applied for manifold in well cementing and crushing operation.
The plug valves are made from premium alloy steel, with special coating and heat treating process which greatly improves sealing capabilities, anti-abrasive and corrosive resistance. There are 5 basic types available for different working condition, including manual, hydraulic, electric, handwheel and manual & hydraulic actuators
The body of the plug valve is made of high quality strength steel alloy forging. The specifications of plug valve are 1", 2", 3", the working pressure is from 42 Mpa to 70 Mpa, the rated working pressure of 105 Mpa and 105 Mpa the connection model can be used by the union connection.
